Online courses with lessons, tests and progress on the built-in learning engine. Removes: pass or fail based on hearsay.
Packages and payment
A program as a product, with packages and enrollment after payment. Removes: enrolling people by hand.
Mentoring
A mentor catalog, requests and sessions in the portal. Removes: unaccounted mentoring workload.
Toolkit and diagnostics
A catalog of working tools with access tiers and a maturity survey as the entry point. Removes: hunting for materials across chats.
End-to-end scenario
Program showcase → package selection → enrollment → courses and progress → mentor and sessions → certificate → access to the toolkit.
