Events and event portal

From the event listing to the certificate: registration, agenda, check-in and feedback without manual lists.

For those who run events regularly: clubs, schools, organizers and partner venues.

Where it hurts today

  • Registration is collected by an external form, and the participant list lives in an export.
  • The agenda and the speakers are published by hand, and changes never reach the site.
  • At the entrance people are checked against a printout; a guest without an account is registered by the organizer.
  • Nothing is left after the event: no attendance records, no certificates, no materials.

Functional building blocks

Event listing and event page

A public calendar and an event page with the agenda, speakers and schedule. Removes: manual publishing and drift from the site.

Registration and tickets

Participant sign-up, a guest ticket by link, an attendance check-in. Removes: lists in a messenger and checking against a printout.

Agenda and call for papers

Speaker submissions, tracks, timing. Removes: assembling the agenda in a chat thread.

Attendance and certificate

Attendance records after the event and issued confirmations. Removes: asking a month later whether someone was there.

Community portal

A separate domain for events with its own header, menu and correct markup for social networks. Removes: someone else’s brand in the header and empty link previews.

End-to-end scenario

Announcement in the event listing → registration or a guest ticket → agenda and speakers → running the event and attendance records → certificate and materials → event metrics.

What implementation gives you

  • One participant list. Registration, check-in and attendance are one record, not three sources.
  • The organizer does not collect data by hand. The agenda and the listing are updated where the event is run.
  • The event leaves a trace. Attendance, certificates and materials are tied to a person.
  • The event link looks decent. Social markup is served from the right domain and brand.

Where to start

  1. One event end to end in the system: listing, registration, check-in.
  2. Call for papers and the agenda at the next event.
  3. Certificates and attendance records once the cycle has been run.

Training for this solution

Every solution comes with academy courses: the team learns the process, not the buttons. Courses run in Russian; some open only after sign-in.

Мероприятия: от афиши до сертификата

For attendees and event curators: listing, registration, certificate.

Организатор мероприятий: полный цикл события

For the organizer: the full event cycle from announcement to wrap-up.

Создание мероприятий (event-management)

For the event team: hands-on event preparation and delivery.
